From now through December 31, 2018 we are offering free delivery for all in-stock furniture and custom upholstery items subject to the following terms and conditions.  
  • Standard delivery (curbside drop and go) within the Continental US.
  • Charges apply for second floor and higher deliveries.
  • Charges apply for "no-shows" at delivery time.
  • Free delivery applies to retail customers only.
  • Minimum spend for free delivery is $495.

Erdos + Ko Return Policy

If a return is accepted, a showroom-credit will be issued.

Custom orders:  All custom orders (including but limited to upholstered items) are not returnable.  If an item is incorrectly made, the Company reserves the right to remake the item.  It is understood that production delays and/or delivery delays occasionally occur.  All efforts will be made to deliver within the time frame given at the time of purchase.

Samples or clearance items:  Any purchase of sample items or clearance items are considered as a final sale.

Non-local deliveries:  The customer has 48 hours after delivery to initiate a return.  Requests for returns must be made by email to and must include the reason for the return and a daytime phone number.  If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.

UPS deliveries: If a return is accepted on Items shipped by UPS, the buyer is responsible for re-packing the item and shipping within 3 days of receiving our pre-paid shipping label.  

Shipping charges:  For ALL returns, we do not charge a restocking fee, however outbound and return shipping charges including taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the buyer's original purchase price. 

Returned items must be received in their original condition.  We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. 

Showroom credit:  A showroom credit of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed within 2 business days.  The showroom credit will be valid for one year from date of issuance.

Local deliveries:  All items delivered locally (within 30 miles of our warehouse) are considered final sale once delivered.  If you reject the item for any reason, round trip delivery fees will be deducted from the showroom credit.

Any exception made to this policy is done solely at the discretion of Erdos + Ko LLC.
